John has spent 24 years in technology, marketing, sales and business development working for such companies as Northrop Grumman, Price Pfister, Telos, TRW and PSINet, just to name a few. Deciding to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit, John started an Internet Web Hosting company in 2001 and later sold the company to a publicly traded company.

John has a solid foundation in terms of business planning, financial analysis, marketing and management, all of which are frequently called into service in his role as a realtor. In practicing real estate, he draws on the listening, marketing and negotiation skills developed over his 24-year career.

Whether buyers or sellers, John keeps his clients' best interests in mind and represents them with integrity, determination and creativity. For sellers, John helps prepare the home so that it appeals to the broadest market of buyers and helps determine the best price that the market will bear. For buyers, John helps find the best homes that meet the client's criteria and informs them of characteristics of each that should be considered in making a decision.
