Jimmy Wilson has been affiliated with the Los Feliz office of Sotheby's International Realty, formerly DBL Realtors, since the year 2000. His areas of expertise include the eastern foothill areas of the Hollywood Hills, including Los Feliz, Silver Lake and Echo Park. He also has a vast knowledge of the emerging hot spots, such as Glassell Park, Highland Park and Eagle Rock, and the western foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains.

Jimmy is passionate about architecture and design. Born in Detroit in the 1960s, he began studying automobile design in high school and continued his education studying business at Michigan State University, architecture in Chicago and graphic design in Southern California. He has lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he and his partner owned and operated a successful restaurant for over 10 years. These combined experiences have taught him valuable lessons in customer satisfaction. His ability to listen, assess and respond to his clients' unique needs has given him a loyal client base.

Jimmy moved to Southern California in search of education opportunities for his special needs daughter. This experience has given him a vast understanding of school systems, specific programs for special needs children and amazing services offered for special needs adults. Since arriving in Los Angeles, Jimmy has lived in Silver Lake, Los Feliz and Pasadena and is happy to show clients the unique beauty and rich architectural heritage of these and surrounding areas.
