Greg is comfortable negotiating and closing large commercial contracts with his clients in the hotel, restaurant and entertainment industries, as well as in the Fortune 500 and first-time home buyers. He brings a positive approach to every situation and above all else enjoys building long-term relationships with people.

His extensive real estate experience is a result of working with domestic and international residential and commercial developers, financial institutions, architects and city governments. When Vietnam was recently accepted into the World Trade Organization, Greg was instrumental in forming one of the first joint American-Vietnamese real estate development companies, and in November was invited to Saigon for a formal meeting with the President of Vietnam and his cabinet to discuss the future infrastructure development of the country through their new consortium. Their first project will be the third-tallest building in Vietnam, located in Saigon.

Greg is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in Finance and also holds a diploma from the Business School's renowned Entrepreneur Program. He also is an alumnus of Semester at Sea through the University of Colorado, Boulder. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Greg attended the Brentwood School, is active in USC's Alumni Association and is a committed athlete.
