David has been selling real estate in the San Gabriel Valley since 1992, and is experienced in residential, commercial and income property sales and leasing from start to finish. With a specialty in marketing and finding older character homes, David has a reputation for being knowledgeable about architectural details and home restoration. He has built a new Craftsman replica (old home style) in Pasadena, as well as remodeled homes for his clients and himself in the area.

David has distinguished designations as a professional member from the National Association of Realtors as a Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), an e-PRO (Internet Professional) and a Certified New Home Specialist. He is a longtime realtor with the Pasadena-Foothills and California Association of Realtors.

Before he entered real estate, David's educational background included electrical engineering and business with real estate in college.

As a full-time agent, David finds time to contribute to the community. With a Certificate of Appreciation from the city and county of Los Angeles for service as Cultural Heritage Commissioner for two years in South Pasadena, and an immediate past board member at Pasadena Heritage for six years, David shares his knowledge of preservation and current events to his clients.
