Purchasing her first home when she was just 24, Daniela soon began scouting homes for friends as well. Subsequently teaming that eye for the appropriate property with her solid background in sales, she dedicated herself to a career in real estate.

Daniela emphasizes that she is frequently the mediator and catalyst in transactions. She is the mediator in bringing couples, clients and realtors alike together in their individual objectives, and the catalyst in helping them arrive at their goals.

Those communication and negotiation abilities, vital skills in dealing with clients and realtors alike, are a result of Daniela's multi-cultural exposure throughout her life. Growing up the daughter of European stage and screen actor Norbert Schiller allowed her to travel the world, while her sales and marketing experience with a high-end consumer products corporation put her in contact with respected companies and their discerning representatives across the United States.

A native Santa Barbaran, Daniela owns her own home in Montecito and has been an active member of her East Mountain Drive community for 13 years. Consequently, she is a compendium of knowledge about the Santa Barbara area's history, neighborhoods, public services and business community.

She is an energetic mother of two teenage boys and active in their schools, while also finding time to immerse herself in the Santa Barbara lifestyle so important to her clients.
