Cyndi Wilson brings over 15 years of real estate experience and success to her clients, with a background in marketing and sales prior to that.

Cyndi's strong knowledge of the real estate business, instinctive people skills and dedication to her clients have earned her a stellar reputation among her clients and peers. She is known to work tirelessly on her escrows and puts her clients' needs first to ensure both a pleasant and successful close of escrow.

A native of Santa Barbara, Cyndi knows the subtle nuances of the community extremely well. She feels that such in-depth knowledge of the area, with its many and varied neighborhoods, is vital in marketing her listings and in finding the right neighborhood for her buyers. After living in LA for 10 years while working in a career as a professional actress, Cyndi brings a unique level of insight and experience to her real estate transactions. Diligence, negotiating skills and persistence are at the top of that list.

Cyndi is the mother of three very active children and married to Andrew Wilson, a 3rd-generation native of Santa Barbara, and together they are both very involved in the business, non-profit and social aspects of Santa Barbara. Being a parent, she can give outstanding guidance about the area schools, both public and private, as well as information about the community in general for any client new to Santa Barbara.

As a child growing up in Santa Barbara, Cyndi learned about the importance of giving back to the community, a cornerstone of Santa Barbara's unique personality. She is very civic minded and committed to the well being of Santa Barbara. She has served on many boards and committees and is currently on the Commission for Health and Human Services, which oversees county grants given to local non-profit organizations. She was appointed to this position by Supervisor Brooks Firestone. Cyndi was also an original GPAC/PAC member for the IV Redevelopment Agency, representing Storke Ranch. She is a member of the Junior League of Santa Barbara, has held multiple PTA board positions including President and Vice President and has organized many successful functions for non-profits including golf tournaments and large events on the scale of 500 people.
