Carol Shogren is a Los Angeles native. Most of her business comes from referrals from past clients, the ultimate compliment a real estate agent can receive. Carol has a better understanding of the overall Los Angeles real estate market because she receives referrals from Malibu to the Hollywood Hills, where her clients live. Carol's ability to give a correct price opinion, resulting from the number of properties she sees weekly in so many different areas, is used by other agents in the pricing of their listings.

Carol is results oriented. She was a competitive tennis player, won many California junior tennis championships and was the youngest teaching professional admitted to the USPTA.

Carol partners with Jim Shogren, who also happens to be her husband. They live in Beverly Hills. Carol and Jim believe in giving back to the community and are active in several charities, including KIPP LA Charter Schools, The Amanda Foundation, Charity Water, Humane Society and Life Rolls On/Christopher Reeves Foundation.
