Ben Allanoff works as a guide, advocate and representative to buyers and sellers of single family homes, condominiums, vacant land and special use properties, including camps, schools, equestrian centers and mixed use property, and has listed properties priced from the low $300,000s to over $10,000,000.
Equally comfortable with successful developers and first-time buyers, Ben has an unusually broad area of expertise that ranges across the Westside of Los Angeles, from Marina del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica, Brentwood and West Los Angeles to Pacific Palisades, up the coast to Malibu, and inland to Topanga, Calabasas and Agoura Hills. A member of the Malibu, Southland (San Fernando Valley), California and National Associations of Realtors, Ben is also active in the Topanga Chamber of Commerce.
Always engaged in political and environmental issues, he is currently Chair of the Topanga Creek Watershed Committee, which works to protect and improve the health of the local environment, and has served on the Board of Topanga Enrichment Programs, in support of Topanga Elementary School. He also coaches baseball and soccer teams in the YMCA and West Valley Soccer Leagues. Originally from Philadelphia, Ben graduated from Duke University, cum laude, with a degree in History, and has lived in various parts of Los Angeles since 1984.
