Arlene Kovalivker specializes in the Conejo Valley, covering the areas of Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Newbury Park, Moorpark, Oak Park and Simi Valley. She also has extensive relocation training to assist clients who are moving here from out of the area.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Arlene graduated from UCLA Summa Cum Laude. She was an elementary school teacher for six years before she raised her two daughters.
Arlene is very proud of her service record for the past 21 years. Since joining the company in 1993, she has received the company’s highest honor, the Diamond Sales Award, and has been in the top three in sales for the past five years. Twice she has received the Special Service Award, which is given to the associate with the highest level of customer satisfaction based on questionnaires sent out to all clients with closed transactions.
She is committed to performing to the best of her ability to complete a successful transaction for both buyers and sellers.
