Santa Fe, New Mexico

Rick Green

Biography Los Angeles was my birthplace, and where I grew up. I wanted to be somewhere green with clean air, so I relocated to Oregon until the long, wet, winters did not seem the most ideal. Before I moved to Santa Fe, I lived in Maui, Hawaii for twenty years. There I managed commercial real estate, and owned a retail shop in front of my home on the ocean. I loved it there; but I love Santa Fe much more! Areas of Expertise Having operated my own business, and working with real estate problems and solutions for years, I understand my clients' needs. That is, to keep focused on finding and getting what they really want. Also, I do not think anyone really wants a salesman, especially when it comes to real estate. My clients will be listened to, and be helped to get their needs met. It is quite a process to find someone's dream. It is all about timing, information, and a lot of hard work. Why I Love Santa Fe Santa Fe has the feel of a small town, but has the activities and sophistication of a large city. The people of Santa Fe are friendly, and live here because of choice. People that have traveled move here because of the weather, charm, sunsets, and many other aspects that make this a wonderful place to work and live. The architecture of Santa Fe has old southwest history and many houses are still built with adobe. New home construction mostly follows the old west style, and the dry weather of the Southwest has preserved Santa Fe's historical buildings, which are some of the oldest in the United States. Best Advice to Clients Call me first; I will help inform you on all aspects of real estate in New Mexico.
