Moo Thorpe, a native of Santa Fe, has been a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker since 1982. She also holds a New Mexico GB-98 General Contractor's license, as were as the G.R.I. designation from the National Association of Realtors. During her career in real estate, Moo has sold many unique properties throughout Santa Fe and northern New Mexico. She has also gained extensive housing development experience, from land subdivision efforts to the marketing of Zocalo, a large-scale condominium development. Moo has a degree in geography from Middlebury College in Vermont and continues to pursue knowledge in finance, investment, and tax issues. In an authentic adobe house that she built with her husband, Moo enjoys her two children and many pets. With her husband, Marc Talbert, she skis, camps, hikes, rides horses, and runs in the mountains. Moo uses her twenty years of experience in the Santa Fe-area real estate market to quickly and efficiently assist clients assess the housing market, and making real estate transactions as successful as possible.
