Born and bred in New York City, Ginny graduated from NYU and moved to Hollywood, where she earned her living as a successful motion picture writer/producer and dramatist. A resident of New Mexico for over 20 years, she is a Founders Council and Board of Directors Member of the Santa Fe Film Festival and a Founding Faculty Member of The College of Santa Fe's Girls' Film School, where she teaches the art of screenplay writing. Ginny brings to Sotheby's International Realty and her clients her unique and versatile salesmanship expertise.

Trustworthy, dependable, precise and thorough, Ginny prides herself on her organizational skills. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of 1031 Exchange as well as second/vacation home properties, having invested in every aspect of real estate for over 30 years. Ginny works with buyers and sellers in all price ranges and categories including, but not limited to, land, ranches, residential and commercial real estate.

Every sale or listing, whether small or large, warrants Ginny's full undivided attention. As a licensed CCID (Interior Designer), she is qualified to assist clients in every phase of home design from inception through the building process. Not only has Ginny designed and built her own homes, being a licensed contractor in the State of California, but she is extremely conversant in the art of renovation pertaining to mid-century, modern and historic properties.

Ginny has an ongoing love affair with New Mexico. Her best advice to clients is to be prepared to do their homework whether selling or buying, and enjoy the process.
