Dianne Eschman joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2000 after 20 years as an independent business owner. She and her husband created and successfully ran a computer software company in Iowa. After selling the business to their partners, they moved to Telluride, CO, where they built and ran a high-end 16 room inn. In 1997, after 12 years, they sold the inn and decided they were ready for sunny Santa Fe.

Since her entry in the real estate business in Santa Fe, Dianne has done a series of four high-end spec homes in the prestigious Sierra Del Norte subdivision. She has also worked with a number of builders in representing their new creations.

Dianne utilizes her extensive professional background in new home construction and interior design to best match her clients' specific needs to the right home. She is very well versed on local water issues and conservation. She has been one of the top producers in the local Sotheby's International Realty office. Her professionalism and integrity is evidenced by her large base of repeat and referral business.

She is an avid outdoors person and enjoys backpacking, snowshoeing and mountain biking. She is active as a team leader of the Santa Fe Search and Rescue Group, and does volunteer work for the Heart & Soul Animal Sanctuary. She is a proud environmental and animal rights activist.

As a Managing Broker for Sotheby's International Realty, she serves on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, and is in charge of and trains the new agents for the local Sotheby's International Realty offices.
