A resident of Santa Fe since 1985, Dave grew up in Kansas working in his family's construction and farming businesses. In 1968 he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served tours of duty throughout the U.S., Europe, Thailand and Vietnam.

Dave brings to his real estate career many years of valuable experience in the fields of general contracting, pastoral care, sales management, insurance and financial services. He has been buying, remodeling, building and selling homes for over 30 years. That experience, coupled with integrity and caring, has helped earn him numerous awards including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer and Broker's Choice.

Dave has been married since 1973 to his wife, Peggy, a Certified Public Accountant who has her own successful practice. They have two adult daughters: Jennifer, a physical therapist, and Sarah, a social worker.

With a deep commitment to community involvement, Dave and Peggy are active in numerous local charities and their church. He is currently a director of the Vietnam Project and a member of the Santa Fe Search and Rescue Group. He is also a past director of the Santa Fe Community Foundation.

Dave's personal interests include golf, skiing, exercise, reading and backpacking through the Grand Canyon. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Ozark Christian College.
