Connie Price

Biography Born in South Dakota, moved to Walnut Creek, CA as a child and grew up there. At 19, I bought my first house, lived in it for 10 years and then sold it and bought 3 more - one to live in and two for investment. By the age of 36, I owned 17 houses and apartments I managed myself. I moved to Santa Fe in 1984, got my real estate license two years later, and began work at French & French in 1988. At Quail Run's onset I worked at the French & French office there and by the time I left all of the 265 properties had sold. Areas of Expertise Listening. Listening. Listening. Then educating my clients in the Santa Fe market. Mission Statement To make my customers happy and to serve them even after the sale is closed - it seems to work because most of them are my good friends! Why I Love Santa Fe How could you not love Santa Fe? It's gorgeous here, we have great restaurants, skiing a half hour from home, and incredibly clear skies. Best Advice to Clients I work a lot with real estate-savvy clients from out of town and my advice to them is to listen a lot, give me their honest opinions and not compare other markets to the one here in Santa Fe.
