With buyers, Clive is able to share his intimate knowledge of the island property market and also his personal experience with the local construction industry, ARCOM and the Landmarks Commission. His innate attention to detail enables Clive to work successfully with a diverse range of buyers, carefully determining their needs, locating their perfect home, negotiating a fair deal, guiding them through the purchase process, and finally concluding with a smooth closing.
With sellers, Clive ensures that the total number of listings that he supports allows him to dedicate the necessary time to personally handle any and all matters related to the listing and provide the white glove service that Sotheby’s International Realty clients deserve. Sellers benefit from his effective marketing, introduction to the most qualified buyers, and reputation for obtaining the best price possible.
He has coupled his depth of knowledge of the Palm Beach real estate market with a strong commitment to the community. As a past President of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, he is held in high regard by his peers and all who have had the pleasure of working with him.
