A long-time resident of Palm Beach, Andrew Thomka-Gazdik has extensive knowledge of the community and the market.
Andrew has been representing domestic and international clients with real estate sales and purchases in South Florida since 2001, with a primary focus on Palm Beach Island; exhibiting a sound background in all aspects of real estate transactions.
One of Andrew’s best traits is to listen, then focus on understanding the specific needs of his clients and provide them with exceptional results.
Some of Andrew’s recent significant sales include the sale of an important single-family residence on Polmer Park Road, an oceanfront condominium on Worth Avenue and several penthouse condominiums in Trump Plaza.
Andrew is also an established real estate attorney with a proven ability to negotiate complex legal matters and navigate the demands and concerns of his clients, which include high net worth buyers and sellers, developers, builders, real estate brokers and architects.
As a builder and developer himself, Andrew personally oversaw the successful purchase, restoration and sale of several multi-million dollars worth of residential real estate, including intracoastal and oceanfront condominiums, townhouses and single-family homes. Andrew has the uncanny ability to design a sophisticated home that reflects the Palm Beach lifestyle. His approach includes designing the structure, creating a comfortable furnished interior and designing outdoor landscape spaces that are chic extensions of the homes interior.
Andrew’s legal and development experience gives his clients an added benefit when they are previewing potential homes, as they can rely on him for expert advice, sound judgment and integrity.
Born in Montreal, Canada, Andrew resided in Geneva, Switzerland as a child, before moving to Palm Beach with his family in 1980. He attended the Palm Beach Day School, Kent School, Lehigh University and Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Andrew lives locally on the Island of Palm Beach and is an avid tennis player and gym aficionado.
