Todd began his real estate career eight years ago, during which time he worked for two renowned real estate developers, Ram Development of Palm Beach Gardens and the Related Group of Florida, headquartered in Miami. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Todd owned his own commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm.

He holds a master's degree in real estate from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. In addition to his master's degree, Todd holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, where he was captain of the Vanderbilt varsity men's tennis team.

Todd feels fortunate to be a part of the Sotheby's International Realty team. He recognizes the power of the global brand and the positive aspects the company offers his sellers in terms of national and international exposure. Todd is experienced with internet marketing and maximizing exposure for his clients' listed properties. Todd spent over three years working on Wall Street in New York and in Los Angeles as an equity trader for Deutsche Bank, honing his negotiating skills, which greatly benefit both the buyers and sellers he represents.

Todd grew up vacationing at his family's second home in the Sailfish Point community of Stuart, Florida, and he has expert local knowledge of Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Stuart, Jupiter, Hobe Sound, Palm Beach Gardens and Delray Beach. He has resided in Palm Beach County for over six years and enjoys tennis, golf and fishing. Todd is a licensed real estate broker and an active member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors.
