Kristina Gustafson Nederlander is a real estate professional, licensed in Florida and Arizona, with longtime experience in the luxury market as well as equestrian and farm properties.

Kristina prides herself in her ability to manage transactions for the luxury market and horse and ranch properties. Her goal is to unite her clients' Palm Beach lifestyle with their interests in the Wellington equestrian world, providing them with unique properties from the Ritz to the ranch.

An experienced horsewoman with a background in business, Kristina has owned and operated a successful equine medical layup facility and farms in Cannon Falls, Minn. This is counterbalanced by the rare opportunities that her family's businesses have provided, which include extensive travel and wide-ranging cultural experiences.

Kristina was born in Minnesota and has lived all over the United States. She attended UC Davis, Whittier College in Los Angeles, University of Minnesota and Orange Coast College.

Her interests include polo, cowboy mounted shooting and any outdoor activity.

Over her real estate career, she has earned an ABR and a GRI, and she is certified as an Eco Broker.

Kristina, with her teenage children, Gunnar and Krisanna, and their horses, moved to Wellington to be closer to their family on the Island of Palm Beach.
