Joe came to Sotheby's International Realty in 2010 as a diversely qualified real estate professional with nearly 25 years of experience in all aspects of the industry. He is specializing in sales and rentals in the Palm Beaches. Nothing makes Joe happier than matching a buyer and seller for a successful transaction.

Joe knows the area exceptionally well and is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry. He was born in Fort Pierce, Florida, where his father was developing residential subdivisions. A few years later his father moved to Palm Beach, and Joe attended local schools. Besides being a native Floridian, he was brought up in a family of developers, architects, bankers and brokers. He began his career managing one of the most productive and innovative real estate offices in Palm Beach for 15 years. It was here that he honed his superior skills working with people and successfully marketing property. The office was always in the top five producing offices in the area and sold more homes than any local office three times.

Joe is also an expert at valuing property. After the company was acquired by a national franchise, he began working as an appraiser, eventually becoming a State Certified General Appraiser. He gained a great deal of experience in valuing property all over South Florida, including five years appraising for the Hillsborough County Government. While there, he was involved in appraising everything from houses to airports. Additionally, he is an expert in property tax appeals, having been professionally involved in thousands of them.

He takes full advantage of the Palm Beach lifestyle when he's not at work, enjoying tennis, boating, polo, fishing, hunting and hiking. A firm believer in giving back to the community, he most recently served as Vice Chairman of Merchandising for the highly successful Sunfest 2010.
