Frances Webster Peter grew up in Palm Beach, FLorida. She attended the Palm Beach Day School and the Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts, and graduated from Wofford College in 2005 with a major in art history. While in college, she interned for Sotheby's auction house in New York, Diane Von Furstenberg and Badgley Mischka. She also attended Parsons School of Design in Paris. Her sense of style and love for interiors and architecture has given her a passion for real estate in one of the most beautiful and exciting winter resorts in America.

Frances began her real estate career right out of college. At the suggestion of her father, she called a longtime family friend and real estate agent Cristina Condon to see what steps she should take to get started. Having known Frances since she was four years old, Cris offered to take her under her wing and teach her the ropes. Cristina has been named one of the top real estate agents in the United States by The Wall Street Journal, and she is the top agent at Sotheby's International Realty in Palm Beach, dealing in all aspects of the market from rentals to high-end sales. Cris has taught Frances what it takes to be successful in the real estate business and, most importantly, how to respect the privacy of their clients. Frances, by her own admission, learned from the best. She has been with Sotheby's International Realty for over seven years and continues to work with Condon. Recently married, she also partners with her husband, Todd Peter, who graduated from Vanderbilt University and has a master's degree in real estate from the University of Florida. Todd has a background in real estate development and sales, and together they bring great knowledge of the market. Their warm, cheerful demeanor makes them a joy to work with.
