Fern Fodiman was born and raised in New York and is a graduate with a master's degree in Fine Art from Parsons School of Design.

Fern joined Sotheby's International Realty in Palm Beach in 2010 and made her first transaction for the firm within the first two months of association.

Prior to her making the move into real estate, Fern had established a long successful career in the design and distribution of designer shoes and accessories throughout the world. Fern traveled the globe searching for ideas and inspiration, working with a diverse clientele of manufacturers and retailers that established her as a skilled professional.

In the seven years since Fern has moved to Palm Beach she has studied the fascinating architecture and has become intimately familiar with the most prestigious homes and condominiums on the island as well as the people who inhabit them. She is intensely committed to serving her clients and does so with integrity, discretion and careful research. Fern's buyers and sellers know by placing their faith in her that they will be well served by her expertise, her intuition regarding market trends, her taste and her attention to detail. She supports her clients with a roster of specialists ranging from bankers to tax advisors, attorneys, interior designers, contractors and property management specialists.

In addition to her work, Fern is very committed to supporting a number of charitable institutions including The Albert Einstein School of Medicine, The Parkinson's Disease Foundation, The United Way, The Norton Museum and HOW Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper, where she holds a seat on the Board as Vice President.

She pursues a wide variety of interests including collecting 20th-century art, yoga and golf.

Fern is an integral and energizing member of the Palm Beach brokerage team.
