Carole Ruhlman, originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, relocated to Palm Beach with plans to expand her chain of woman’s clothing stores in 1983. Instead, she settled permanently in the area and began her real estate career in 1987, specializing in residential homes and condominiums in Palm Beach, West Palm and North Palm Beach.
Carole has been a top producing agent with Sotheby’s International Realty since 1998. She has sold a wide variety of properties ranging from medium priced homes and condos to 20 million dollar estates. Many of Carole’s sales have been waterfront properties about which she is extremely knowledgeable.
Carole is well known and active in the Palm Beach community, having been a board member of Ballet Florida, a member of the Norton Museum of Art, and an initial supporter of the Kravis Performing Arts Center as well as chairing many community events.
