Bill Kirk is a seasoned real estate professional serving the greater Palm Beaches for over 25 years, including 2003–2010 as manager of Sotheby's International Realty's flagship Palm Beach brokerage. Since 1992 Bill has served multiple terms as a director of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and was chairman of the Multiple Listing Committee.

A lifelong Florida native, Bill grew up in the rural farming areas of western Palm Beach County and has witnessed firsthand the incredible population growth and evolution of Florida over nearly six decades. Bill attended Palm Beach Community College, the University of South Florida, Tampa, and the University of Florida, Gainesville, majoring in psychology and real estate prior to beginning his real estate career.

Bill lives with his family in West Palm Beach just off the Intracoastal Waterway. His two daughters, Charlotte and Caitlin, attend Rosarian Academy in West Palm Beach. His wife, Karen, a Kentucky native, is a professional interior designer, owner of K.P. Kirk Design, and co-owner of Island Living & Patio, a retail distributor of upscale outdoor furnishings and equipment.

Bill and his family enjoy attending University of Florida football games and spending quiet time whenever possible at their turn-of–the-century log lake house near Gainesville. The family also treks regularly to the Highlands/Cashier area of Western North Carolina, where Bill's family has vacationed and owned property since the early 1960s. Bill is an avid golfer, surfer, gardener and yoga enthusiast.
