Bill Kirk is a Palm Beach County native and highly experienced professional who has provided the highest level of real estate services to buyers, sellers and seasonal renters of luxury properties in the greater Palm Beaches for over 25 years. Bill’s long standing reputation of reliability, professionalism, and integrity has earned him the trust of clients and peers alike.

Bill is a Senior Broker Associate for Sotheby’s International Realty - Palm Beach brokerage, founded 1976. His diverse experience ranges from sales of modest 1,000 sq. ft. condominiums to magnificent 20,000 sq. ft. waterfront estates on the island of Palm Beach, as well as luxury homes in gated golf communities and neighborhoods throughout Palm Beach County.

In 2003, Bill was recruited to manage Sotheby’s International Realty - Palm Beach, expanding operations and growing annual sales to more than $500 million, with accompanying listing inventory approaching $1 billion. In 2005, Bill attended The Wharton School’s CEO Series-Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Bill was a top producer for Martha A. Gottfried, Inc., Palm Beach and Breakers West Golf and Country Club, an exclusive gated community developed by the world renowned Breakers Hotel of Palm Beach.

Professionally, Bill has held executive-level positions with the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, including as Director and also Chairman of the Multiple Listing Committee.

Bill is well-versed in local schools as his now teenage daughters have attended all top area institutions pre-K through high school. Bill currently resides just off the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach’s popular south end with his wife, Karen and two daughters, Charlotte and Caitlin.
