Shep Skiff prides himself on focusing on his client's goals and matching their needs with his keen understanding of the New York marketplace. He has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in all neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He has handled every type of property: Townhouses, Condos, Coops, Lofts and New Developments. Shep attended Trinity College (Hartford, CT), where he earned a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish. He attended the Northfield Mount Hermon School, a prep-school in Western Massachusetts. He speaks Spanish having spent time living abroad in Spain, and travels extensively. Shep is an avid athlete, played lacrosse and soccer competitively during his school days; plays a range racquet games, is a golfer, and is a marathon runner. He volunteers for a few organizations: StreetSquash, Harlem Lacrosse & Leadership, Church of the Ascension Food Pantry & First Presbyterian Homeless Shelter. He lives in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Shep is on the Vestry at the Church of the Ascension, an Episcopal church in Greenwich Village.
