Shep prides himself, when working with his clients, with an acute focus on understanding their goals combined with a keen understanding of the marketplace. His many repeat clients value his earnest and affable personality as well as his diligent and transparent communication throughout the process. He has successfully represented both Buyers and Sellers of real estate in all parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn. There is not a type of property that he has not handled: Townhouses, Upper East and Upper West Side Coops, Downtown Lofts, New Development and everything in between. His client base is equally as broad in range, from Families, to Investors, to First-time buyers and everything in between. He treats each with the same level of focus and achieves proven results time and time again.
Shep attended Trinity College (Hartford, CT), where he earned a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish. He attended the Northfield Mount Hermon School, a prep-school in Western Massachusetts. He speaks Spanish having spent time living abroad in Spain, and travels extensively. Shep is an avid athlete, played lacrosse and soccer competitively during his school days; plays a range racquet games, is a golfer, and is a marathon runner. He volunteers for a few organizations: StreetSquash, Harlem Lacrosse & Leadership, Church of the Ascension Food Pantry & First Presbyterian Homeless Shelter. He lives in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
