Sandra Cohen has always loved real estate. Born, raised and having worked for over 15 years in Paris, she started with her own needs, buying properties to be renovated with the ability to read architectural spaces.
Today, working at Sotheby’s International Realty, Sandra’s goal is to build trust with her clients. The purchase or the sale of a property is often the largest transaction in her clients’ lives and communication and response are crucial to maintaining a successful relationship.
Sandra’s business is generated only by referrals and she’s proud to have been described as honest, diligent, responsive and relentless.
After graduating from La Sorbonne with a Master’s degree in Management and Finance, Sandra worked for ten years as a CFO in the film and video game industries. Then, she joined a consulting company specializing in incentives, grants and tax credits for innovative companies.
Sandra is proud to have moved to New York City ten years ago with her husband and two sons. She started to work with entrepreneurs doing business between France and the US and rapidly decided to help them in their real estate needs. She is now an official citizen, owns a home on the Upper East Side and, whenever she takes a breath from the real estate market, she visits her two grown boys who are now based in Los Angeles and Vancouver.
