“Real estate is a dynamic and challenging, fast paced environment,” said Gina, who has helped clients locate and sell condominiums and coops across Manhattan. “I love working with people and staying on top of events that affect the market.”
Gina works with buyers and sellers across the city: over the years she has become a neighborhood and building specialist in East Midtown, where she first rented a loft, before purchasing at Turtle Bay Towers, 310 East 46th Street. She has since become an Upper East Side expert, in the latest neighborhood she calls home.
Having succeeded at two of the toughest industries, Gina prides herself on not taking “no” for an answer, while maintaining her sunny, vivacious and passionate nature. While Gina loves all that is NYC – Central Park with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, sunsets over the Hudson and sunrise on the East River, the promenade by bicycle and her Upper East Side gym branch – she also adores traveling in Europe, cooking, wine, museums and libraries.
