Danielle Englebardt joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2012 after 12 successful years in the business working at both a top boutique New York City firm and at one of the largest firms in the city. She specializes in the sale of high-end properties throughout Manhattan and has worked extensively in new development sales and marketing. Her proudest accomplishment has been her work as the exclusive on-site broker for the Barbizon/63 Condominium at 140 East 63rd Street, where she sold out the majority of the building for the developer at record prices and continues to handle many re-sales and rentals.
Throughout her career, Danielle has represented buyers and sellers in some of the city's finest cooperatives and condominiums. Most notably, these include 555 Park Avenue, 1175 Park Avenue, 1160 Park Avenue, 136 East 79th Street, 1050 Park Avenue, 860 Fifth Avenue, 180 East 79th Street, 535 West End Avenue, One Beacon Court, The Lucida, The Georgica, The Knickerbocker, The Galleria, The Milan, 310 East 53rd Street, The Empire, 525 Park Avenue and The Metropolitan Tower.
Through Sotheby's International Realty's extensive network of brokers both nationwide and worldwide, Danielle can also help connect clients to the right broker in the Hamptons, Florida, Aspen, Paris, London or anywhere that Sotheby's International Realty has an office or affiliate.
Danielle is a born and bred New Yorker who has lived both uptown and downtown. She lives and loves New York City and all that it has to offer. In her space time Danielle enjoys time with her family and is an active member of the Riverdale Country School Alumni Association Executive Committee, a Co-Chair of the Future Leaders of The Whitney Museum and a board member of the Young Friends of the Taubman Institute. She also raises money for lung cancer research and enjoys skiing, travelling and collecting art. Danielle donates a percentage of all her commissions to charity and is always happy to contribute to a customer's favorite cause after a deal has closed.
