Vannessa was president and founder of the esteemed high end boutique firm Andrew Emmet & Co., which she named after her two sons.

Over the past 25 years, Vannessa has been one of New York's premier real estate brokers for top-tier living. She has represented affluent families, the financial community, corporations and celebrities with co-ops, condominiums and townhouses throughout Manhattan.
