Todd has been a New York City resident for over 15 years. He has lived in Gramercy and Chelsea, and currently resides in SoHo with his wife, son and Labrador retriever. He has been an active member of his co-op board since 2001 and a participating member of the Real Estate Board of New York since 2003.
