Partnering with Habitat for Humanity-NYC, Stan founded Brokers Build. This is the first organization in the country to bring real estate agents from competing firms together in the cause to raise money and build homes to make affordable housing more available in New York City. For their efforts, Brokers Build was recognized with the New Partnership Award of 2008.
