During this time, Stacey helped pioneer many new neighborhoods and achieved the highest dollar per square foot values in New York City, while developing some of the most important destination properties in Manhattan, including Lincoln Square, which is now regarded as one of the most prestigious locations in New York City. Other high-profile accomplishments include her position as Director of Sales for Millennium Tower, 515 Park Avenue, Time Warner Center, 110 Central Park South, formerly the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and The Mark, where she achieved success in some of the most challenging real estate markets.
