Shelly's empathy and ability to carefully guide clients in understanding their options as they pertain to the sale, purchase and lease of a home or investment property comes from her own real estate experiences investing in Manhattan's cooperative and condominium markets. Today, she has a substantial portfolio of rental properties and uses her knowledge to help clients navigate the strict purchasing requirements for this large segment of the Manhattan market.

As an associate broker with Sotheby's International Realty, Shelly utilizes her professional expertise in tandem with her personal experiences in property investment to ensure a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers alike. Her expertise with tax-free 1031 exchanges is an added value to investment property clients.

Shelly has lived in Manhattan for most of her life, on the Upper East Side and in the Greenwich Village, Noho and Midtown West areas. She attended high school on the Upper West Side and graduated with a bachelor's degree in art history from New York University (NYU). Clients can rely on Shelly for her personal knowledge of the entire city. Her property sales experience extends from the downtown areas of SoHo, Union Square, Greenwich Village and TriBeCa to the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan.

A self-proclaimed Francophile, Shelly owns homes in Paris and St. Tropez. Her fluency in French is an added bonus to international clients.
