Prior to his current position as a licensed real estate salesperson at Sotheby’s International Realty, Sam Hsu honed his professionalism through years of experience in commercial banking and investment banking. He managed multi-billion dollar projects and worked with colleagues in sales and operations teams across the world to ensure the best service to banks’ most valued clients. He strives to bring the same high standard to his clients at Sotheby’s International Realty in sales and leases at all price points.

Sam works with clients who require time and attention from their agent. He is extremely attentive to detail, in planning viewings, managing timelines, preparing and collecting required paperwork and communicating with all parties involved in the transactions from start to finish. He brings the most effective practices to a negotiation table for his clients and has earned a Certified Negotiation Expert certificate from Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI).

Sam received his undergraduate degree from University of California – Berkeley and his MBA degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Event Planning Committee for the California Alumni Club of New York (CACNY) and a representative for UCB in the PAC-12 Alumni Group in NYC.

Sam is generous when it comes to sharing his knowledge. He reads voraciously about New York real estate and the housing market with a focus on condominiums in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He is the foot on the ground in New York and can perform onsite visitations on behalf of clients.
