Prior to his current position as a licensed real estate salesperson in Sotheby’s, Sam Hsu honed his professionalism through years of experience in commercial banking and investment banking. He managed multi-billion dollar projects and worked with colleagues in sales & operations teams across the world to ensure the best service to banks’ most valued clients. He strives to bring the same high standard to his clients at Sotheby’s, in sales & leases at all price points.

Sam works with clients who require time & attention from their agent. He is extremely attentive to detail, in planning viewings, managing timelines, preparing & collecting required paperwork, and communicating with all parties involved in the transactions from start to finish. He brings the most effective practices to a negotiation table for his clients, and has earned a Certified Negotiation Expert certificate from Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI).

Sam received his undergraduate degree from University of California – Berkeley, and his MBA degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Event Planning Committee for the California Alumni Club of New York (CACNY) and a representative for UCB in the PAC-12 Alumni Group in NYC.

Sam is generous when it comes to sharing his knowledge. He reads voraciously about New York real estate & housing market with a focus on condominiums in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He is the foot on the ground in New York and can perform onsite visitations on behalf of clients.
