Sajj Ahmad has been involved with New York City real estate since 2001. He joined Sotheby’s International Realty in June 2005, after he received the coveted and prestigious leading edge society award, became a member of the President’s Circle, and procured the position of top ten brokers for the first quarter 2005 while at another leading real estate brokerage company. Prior to selling real estate, Sajj traveled extensively for six years as a Writer/Marketing Consultant for an adventure travel magazine. He covered vast territories including the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. This extensive travel offered him invaluable insight into the diversity of foreign cultures and many foreign buyers, who he has developed a rapport with. This International exposure, inevitably led to the development of a diverse clientele on both ends of the buying and selling spectrum. Additionally, he has successfully leveraged his contact base by selling lofts in New York to many Europeans. He uses the internet as an integral tool to market properties and to attract a large pool of International buyers. His affable and gregarious nature will make you feel at ease whether you are buying or selling your property. Sajj was born and educated in London, England. He earned a bachelors degree in International Business (German) from Bounemouth University in the UK. He personally and with his family has bought and sold properties in several European Cities, and parts of Central and South America. He is a member of the Young Patrons Society of Lincoln Centre.
