Prior to becoming a broker, Roger worked at CBS for 10 years in both the television and music divisions. He is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Roger is a member and guest speaker for the Real Estate Board of New York. He is also a member of the University Club.
Roger is an active supporter of f.a.c.e.s., a charity that endeavors to help children with neurological problems and developmental delays. He is married and has a son and twin daughters.
