Robson Zanetti, Vice President, joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2005 and quickly established himself as a leading producer. Robson, with his professional experience and natural zest for the business, has developed a reputation in the marketplace among customers and brokers alike. In addition to the listing and selling of high-end luxury apartments, lofts, condos and co-ops, and townhouses, Robson specializes in investment properties, 1031 exchange, co-ops with Artist in Residence CofO, residential development projects, and office/retail leasing.
In addition to drawing upon Sotheby's International Realty's vast array of resources, Robson works alongside Keith Copley, Senior Vice President, an agent with over 18 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate market. Together, Robson and Keith have formed a solid and effective team having the ability to draw upon each other's strengths, creating a client experience that is second to none. Also, they have been instrumental in bringing new developments projects to Sotheby's International Realty.
Robson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Public Relations. Prior to his real estate career, Robson worked for American Express, LancĂ´me Paris, France, and Susan Blond Inc, where he was Director of Business Development and Strategic Marketing. Passionately involved in the art world, Robson has donated his time and PR expertise to world-renowned artist Robert Wilson's foundation Watermill Foundation. Also, Robson is an active volunteer with The Caring Community, an organization that empowers the senior citizens of the Greenwich Village area to remain part of a thriving community environment for as long as they are willing and able.
Robson's most recent sales include buildings such as 153 E. 55th Street (former Atkins Center), 41 7th Avenue South, new development condos at 47 Murray, several classic prewar lofts at 459 West Broadway, 49 Murray Street, One Morton Square, assorted Tribeca and Soho lofts, as well as luxury rentals and several office/retail spaces throughout Manhattan.
