Robson Zanetti, Vice President, joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2005 and quickly established himself as a leading producer, developing an impressive reputation in the marketplace among customers and brokers alike. In addition to the listing and selling of high-end luxury apartments, lofts, condos, co-ops and townhouses, Robson specializes in investment properties, 1031 exchange, co-ops with Artist in Residence C. of O., residential development projects and office/retail leasing. Furthermore, Robson is trained by Co-Star for commercial searches.

Robson has been extensively involved with the Brazilian-American Chambers of Commerce, a not-for-profit business membership organization to promote trade and investment flows between Brazil and the United States. Through this lucrative partnership, Robson has promoted Brazilian Sotheby's International Realty properties to the United States and vice versa, thus playing an essential role in the growth of the Sotheby's International Realty Brazilian market.

Robson earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Public Relations. Prior to his real estate career, Robson worked for American Express, Lancôme Paris, France and Susan Blond Inc., where he was Director of Business Development and Strategic Marketing. Robson has also donated his time and PR expertise to world-renowned artist Robert Wilson's foundation, Watermill Foundation, and volunteering actively with The Caring Community, an organization that empowers the senior citizens of the Greenwich Village area to remain part of a thriving community environment.

Robson's most recent sales include buildings such as 153 E. 55th Street (former Atkins Center), 41 7th Avenue South, new development condos in Tribeca, several classic prewar lofts at 459 West Broadway, 9 Murray Street, 49 Murray, One Morton Square, 76 Crosby, 56 Crosby, 30 Crosby, 40 Mercer and 158 Mercer.
