Rheda Brandt, Senior Vice President, is a Virginia native who moved to Manhattan by way of Colorado 24 years ago. During this time she has had the pleasure of residing in many of New York City’s wonderful neighborhoods. Having experienced many real estate trends over the years, she brings an expansive view of the market to her work. Her recent transactions encompass apartments, lofts, houses and investment properties. She and her partner/daughter, Laura Brandt, are proud of their accomplished home team. With their combined individual talents, Laura and Rheda bring diversity, brightness, wit and business acumen that keep people coming back and afford assurance, experience and knowledge of the market to new buyers and sellers. Their patience, determination, commitment and ability to achieve excellent results are apparent. They are very pleased to welcome a third member to their team, Kathleen Landis. The talents and backgrounds of Rheda, Laura and Kathleen set them apart in that all have previous qualifications in the fine arts. Educated in interior design, art and architecture, Ms. Brandt founded and operated two companies: a full-service interior design firm and an international contemporary decorative arts gallery for private and museum collections.

Ms. Brandt has served on the Kips Bay Showhouse Designers Committee, The National Arts Club Design and Film Committees and is currently a member of the NAC Architecture Committee and the Archaeology Committee. She is a member of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and The Culinary Historians of New York. Ms. Brandt is active in a number of animal welfare organizations. Ms. Brandt is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.
