After over 25 years of working on Wall Street, Peter finally decided that he needed to professionally pursue his interest in Manhattan residential real estate. He and his spouse, a designer, have purchased and renovated a number of apartments and restored historic homes over the years. Peter has a knack for seeing the potential of properties that others don't.

His former training as a trader and chief investment officer in the financial markets has taught him a keen sense of relative value along with patience, professionalism and sharp negotiating skills. He received his MBA in Banking and Finance, and received accreditation as a Certified Negotiation Expert for Real Estate Professionals through the Real Estate Board of New York. These abilities, when taken together with his personable nature, provide clients with the expertise and cool-headedndess they require to find their perfect home, where the purchase can be made with both the head and the heart.

As a New Yorker for more than 30 years, Peter is knowledgeable and confident in all parts of the Manhattan market.

When Peter isn't working at Sotheby's International Realty, he is on his bike, running in Central Park, pursuing his appreciation of art in museums and at galleries, exploring the city or spending time on the East End of Long Island with friends.
