Vice President Paul Anand and his team specialize in the sale of fine condominiums, cooperatives and townhouses in Manhattan. Paul leads the Paul Anand Team, which has successfully closed over 150 real estate transactions in the last three years alone, consistently ranking them among the agency's top producers in the country. In 2009, Paul was ranked one of the top 10 producers in Sotheby's International Realty's Downtown Manhattan office. Further attesting to their high level of service, nearly 90% of their business comes from referrals. Paul and the team have also been featured in The New York Post, New York Home, New York Observer, Bloomberg News, The New York Times, The Real Deal and Manhattan Living.

Paul's impressive clientele list includes players for the New York Yankees and the New York Jets as well as top executives for major investment banks, fund managers and real estate developers. Paul's background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, he was a top producing broker at a major Manhattan firm, impressively ranked in the top 1% of 900 agents and staff. Paul's wife, Julie, is also a valuable member of the team. Julie's strong background includes a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, and she also has experience in sales for a top Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. Paul and Julie currently live on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with their two young daughters.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors in the building he resides in on the Upper East Side. This gives him a first-hand understanding of what a board is looking for. He applies this knowledge to make sure that his clients are accepted by prospective boards. Additionally, the team has experience in condominium conversions, 1031 tax exchanges and pre-construction projects. Paul is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
