Paul's impressive clientele list includes players for the New York Yankees and the New York Jets as well as top executives for major investment banks. Paul's background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, he was a top producing broker at a major Manhattan firm, impressively ranked in the top 1% of 900 agents and staff. Julie's strong background includes a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, and she also has experience in sales for a top Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. Paul and Julie have lived on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for the last 15 years.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors in the building he resides in, The America, on the Upper East Side. This gives him a first-hand understanding of what a board is looking for. He applies this knowledge to make sure that his clients are accepted by prospective boards. Additionally, Paul has experience in condominium conversions, 1031 Tax Exchanges and pre-construction projects, and he is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
