Patti Butler

Patti Butler came to Sotheby's International Realty in late 2005 from 50 Central Park South at the Ritz-Carlton, where she was the residential manager and assisted in the marketing and sales of more than $30 million worth of condominiums. It was there she began to develop an understanding of the luxury residential market in Manhattan.

At Sotheby's International Realty, Patti strives to exceed her clients' and customers' expectations. They enjoy her research diligence, attention to detail, vivacious and warm personality, and adeptness at matchmaking, finding the right property for each customer.

Patti received her BFA from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. She has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States. New York City has been Patti's home for more than ten years and, having never met a stranger, Patti is a firm believer in the Six Degrees of Separation theory.

Her diverse experiences as an actress, singer, spokesperson, writer, event planner, and concierge have enabled Patti to develop and bring many different skills to her real estate career.

Patti is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Jewish Community Center of Manhattan, and The New York Historical Society. She also enjoys photography, swimming, fundraising, opera, various types of music and culinary events.
