Olivia Larisch Hoge, Senior Broker, was born in Europe, raised in Brazil and has been a resident for extended periods in Austria, Germany, Britain and the United States. She is fluent in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.

Working for Sotheby's International Realty offices in New York and London, Olivia has handled premier properties representing buyers and sellers during her more than 23 years with the company.

Her Manhattan experience extends from the Upper East and West Sides to downtown areas like Soho, Tribeca and the East and West Village.

It was as an entrepreneur in Rio de Janeiro that Olivia first addressed the individual needs of property owners. Her firm, a pioneer in floral technology for luxury residential and commercial spaces, was the subject of an extensive article in The New York Times.

Having raised three children in Manhattan, Olivia is well versed in the various features of New York schools.

Olivia is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a graduate of REBNY's prestigious NYRS (New York Residential Specialist) post-graduate accreditation course. She is also an active participant in the cultural life of the city.
