Olivia Larisch Hoge, Senior Broker, joined Sotheby's International Realty® in 1986, having spent the beginning of her professional career as president of one of the leading landscaping companies in South America. Born in Europe and raised in Brazil, Olivia has been a resident for extended periods in Austria, Germany, Britain and the United States.

Working for Sotheby's International Realty offices in New York for 19 years and in London for six years, Olivia has handled premier luxury properties representing buyers and sellers during her more than 25 years with the company. Her impeccable work ethic and strong negotiating skills have resulted in an unprecedented amount of referrals from past clients.

Specializing in residential sales of townhouses, co-ops and condominiums, Olivia has experience throughout Manhattan, from the Upper East and West Sides down to Tribeca.

A member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and a graduate of REBNY's prestigious New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) post-graduate accreditation course, Olivia brings a wealth of international experience to her real estate work. In 2010 and again in 2011 she was honored to be in the top 1,000 among NRT's 45,000 sales associates. Olivia is fluent in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.

An avid foodie, theatergoer and music lover, Olivia is the mother of three children and lives on the East Side with her husband of 30 years.
