Ms. Field specializes in the ultra-luxury segment of Manhattan's co-op, condo and townhouse market, where she set an industry-wide one-year record, selling five premier townhouses at record-shattering prices.

Ms. Field is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Education Committee and is frequently called upon as a guest speaker. She is also an instructor and recent graduate of the New York State licensing Master's program: New York Real Estate Specialist.

Previous to her career in real estate, Nikki was a sales and marketing professional as well as a founding partner of Marcon Marketing Services, Inc., a nationally recognized marketing agency.
