Prior to Sotheby's International Realty, she was at Ashforth Warburg Associates from 1996 to 1998, where in recognition of her outstanding sales achievement, she was presented the firm's Rookie of the Year award and was also simultaneously nominated for the coveted Real Estate Board of New York's (REBNY) Rookie of the Year award. Ms. Field is currently a member of the REBNY Education Committee and in that regard is frequently called upon as an industry guest speaker. She has been prominently featured in the acclaimed BBC television documentary Super Homes as well as featured on CNN and in The New York Times, The New York Post, The New York Observer and New York Magazine. Avenue and Gotham Magazines, in 2007, both honored her as a Leading Lady of Real Estate in recognition of her outstanding sales achievements and leadership.

Previous to her career in real estate, Nikki was a sales and marketing professional as well as a founding partner of Marcon Marketing Services, Inc., a nationally recognized marketing agency for which she served as Vice President.
