With 17 years of experience as a real estate broker exclusive to the Manhattan market for Sotheby's International Realty, Mina Atabai has transacted more than $50 million in property sales during her career.

Mina, whose father is Austrian, was born and raised in Iran. She has been a Manhattan resident for 30 years. She combines her personal knowledge of the city's diverse areas with her fluency in English, and Farci (Persian) to the direct benefit of her international clientele.

This ability to match the individualized needs of a clientele representing numerous countries and diverse cultures is clearly recognized and appreciated by her clients. More than half of Mina's clients have worked with her on multiple sales and purchases throughout the years. An additional 40 percent work with her as a direct result of those clients' referrals.

Her experiences have taught Mina to employ all measures necessary to ensure privacy as she strictly adheres to confidentiality regarding real estate transactions for her clients, many of whom are notable personalities.

Mina is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and since 2006 she has achieved the distinction of being named one NRT's top 1,000 sales associates.
