Since joining Sotheby's International Realty in 1999, Michele Llewelyn has established a diverse international clientele from CEOs to actors and directors. She has represented sellers and buyers of some of the most unique townhouses, condominiums and cooperatives in the city, and she shows luxury properties in most of Manhattan's broad spectrum of neighborhoods. Her clientele is extremely loyal, and many request her assistance while buying their second homes. Michele offers results-oriented support, a keen sense of goal recognition and a personal approach to pairing her clients with their ideal properties. In addition to her thorough industry knowledge, Michele herself owns a cooperative apartment in Manhattan. She has extensively renovated her home and is therefore able to advise and assist her clients when construction is required.

Michele began her real estate career in 1997 after gaining nine years of sales experience with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and having traveled internationally. Achieving Four Seasons' prestigious President Club Level, she negotiated worldwide hotel rates with top financial, network and legal firms and successfully managed the corporate request for proposal process. This experience has given her invaluable negotiating skills and enables her to excel at preparing co-op board presentations.

Michele earned her bachelor's degree in business/marketing at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and completed real estate courses at Marymount College and NYU. Having been selected by the Real Estate Board of New York, she recently completed the inaugural course of the prestigious New York Residential Specialist Designation (NYRS). The NYRS designation focuses on ethics, negotiating skills and industry knowledge. She also achieved NRT's Top 1000 Sales Associates in 2007 and 2008.
