Michael Pellegrino is one of the most distinguished real estate brokers in New York. In the last few years, he has sold over $250 million dollars of residential townhouses and apartments. Mr. Pellegrino is a Senior Vice President of Sotheby’s International Realty and has been a broker for more than 25 years. In 2004, he acquired his broker’s license in the state of Florida. He has consistently been one of the top sales producers at Sotheby’s International Realty.
Specializing in townhouses and larger cooperative and condominium apartments, Michael, with numerous sales, has set the high end sales market on both the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side. Specifically, he holds the record for the highest priced cooperative penthouse sale on Upper Fifth Avenue, at $20 million, and the highest price per square foot sales in both 262 and 115 Central Park West. Most recently Mr. Pellegrino has been credited with successfully closing on the highest sale price for any West Side single-family townhouse residence, 247 Central Park West, for $16,500,000.
Mr. Pellegrino is very knowledgeable in all phases of real estate and is admired by all who know him. Since 1976, he has been owner and manager of his own investment properties on the Upper West Side and the president of his cond-op residence for the last 5 years.
