Max Collins, licensed salesperson, joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2011 and is now a member of the highly successful and award-winning Norrgard-Tenore Team. His interest in real estate was first cultivated during his college years with internships in Sotheby's International Realty's former Scarsdale office and working for a member of Corcoran's President's Council on the Upper East Side.
Max brings a friendly business-like approach to all transactions, keeping things straightforward and doing whatever he can to keep things professional for his clients. He always makes it a point to go beyond what is expected with all his work to exceed expectations.
Max has been exposed to real estate since a young age, having grown up the son of Kathleen Collins of Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty in Bronxville, New York, the top broker in terms of having the highest recorded transaction in Bronxville. He understands first-hand what it takes to get deals done and to be successful in real estate. He has utilized these tools and applied them to his own business model to bring clients a comfortable and stress-free experience.
Max is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan. He has also lived in Bronxville and Washington, DC. Max attended Grace Church School in Manhattan, Bronxville School, and graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Business Administration.
An avid squash player, Max has been a nationally ranked player since age 10 and played in college for the George Washington University.
