A Senior Vice President of Sotheby's International Realty and one of Manhattan's most dynamic and successful brokers, Louise was ranked in the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 50 brokers across the United States, and is consistently one of the top 10 performing brokers in her firm. Louise also holds a most impressive sales record, including the sale of two townhouses, totaling over $44,000,000, within 10 days of each other, achieving the highest price per square foot for one of the townhouses.

She began her real estate career in 1991, and since then has represented and sold premier properties in New York. These properties include highly desired prewar Fifth Avenue cooperatives such as 960 Fifth Avenue, luxury condominiums including three apartments at 988 Fifth Avenue, and extraordinary townhouses, two of which she hosted as part of a WNBC television documentary and on WCNN's High Net Worth. Louise has represented important hotel apartments at the Pierre Hotel and investment properties, including a building in Tribeca, as well as the rental of a 12,000-square-foot apartment with a swimming pool at Olympic Tower. Her transactions have received coverage in the press, including The New York Times and The New York Observer.

One of the city's outstanding negotiators, Louise is also an expert at preparing co-op board presentations and marketing her clients' properties. Her clients include affluent families worldwide, the financial community, corporations and celebrities. Louise is known for her in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and her professionalism, and she is highly respected by her fellow real estate professionals. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Louise is a member of the Board of Trustees of Marymount College and is involved in a variety of charitable activities. Her many interests include architecture, music, film, theater and literature. Louise lives on the Upper East Side with her husband. Their daughter is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard University School of Public Health.
